The Nokia 5310 casts a small shadow with its slim figure. The phone however should not be taken lightly because it boasts of some advance features as well. Phone comes with tri-band network support for greater flexibility and use with networks worldwide. The Nokia 5310 is not merely a music phone. It has and can do everything you can expect from a non music phone. The camera is a respectable 2 Megapixel shooter. It can take decent pictures in bright settings but shooting in dark environment is another story. Camera Flash is not included in the package which is a shame cause the pictures could benefit greatly from this feature. The display gives a good job of rendering captured images which is also good for phones in its range.

Though the Nokia 5310 lacks the 3G option it more than makes up with its fast EDGE capability. Web browsing is excellent with the built in Opera mini browser which makes viewing websites smooth. The bright display is big enough for web site surfing and scrolling through the page is quick and easy with the built in browser.

Accessories included with the package were more than adequate. The phone comes equipped with an excellent headset that makes listening experience an enjoyable one. A 3.5mm port for headsets is standard which makes it compatible for aftermarket walkman headsets. External phone memory comes with a 1 Gig memory card which is twice as large compared to what other phone makers are offering right now. External storage could be expanded with large capacity memory cards but the 1 gig card is more than enough for most.

The Nokia 5310 is a great music phone with an even better price. It is comparatively cheaper to other music phones and delivers both in phone functionality and music experience.
