The black Moto Q Global
AT&T introduced the original black version of Moto Q Global for the first time on November 1, 2007. At that time, a smartphone with high profile features like this would have a nickname such as a “Blackberry killer” or “iPhone murderer”. But that was a year ago. Today, this candy bar smartphone by Motorola is no longer a killer for anything out there. In fact, it became one of the gadgets that has its own loyal fans, especially in the US.
Kim Poh Liaw from SlashPhone has reported that this 3.5G-powered device will have silver as its new color. Aside from this new color, Motorola has also injected this smartphone with brand new stuffs such as Good Mobile Messaging and BlackBerry Connect, an Opera browser and Documents To Go software from DataViz that let you view, create and edit Microsoft Office documents. However, the most significant update on this HSDPA handset is the availability of the latest generation of its OS i.e. Windows Mobile 6.1.
