Major Sprint/Nextel SMS Outage

Sprint / Nextel is experiencing a major SMS/texting outage right now, with severe backlogs and no access to messaging.sprint.com and messaging.nextel.com.

We’ve got a message into the company, we’ll post here when we get a reply.

I just spoke with Sprint on 12/4/2008 at 1:00 pm eastern time, and they are having a major outage on inbound SMS messaging from other carriers.
